Welcome to Pickleball Dating. By using this app, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
2. User Accounts
You agree to:
-Provide accurate information
-Keep your login secure
-Be responsible for your account activity
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
-Harass or abuse other users
-Upload inappropriate or explicit content
-Impersonate others
-Use the app for illegal purposes
4. User Content
-You are responsible for the content you post.
-We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
5. Community Standards, Reporting & Safety
Pickleball Dating maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
Users may not:
• Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or abuse other users.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
• Share spam, scams, misleading information, or fake profiles.
• Engage in conduct that creates an unsafe environment for other users.
Users can report profiles, messages, photos, and other content directly within the app.
Users can also block other users. Once blocked, the blocked user will no longer be able to interact with the reporting user through the app.
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Content that violates these Terms may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
We review reported content and take appropriate action, including content removal and account termination, generally within 24 hours of receiving a valid report.
6. Subscriptions
-Some features require a paid subscription.
-By subscribing:
-You agree to recurring billing
-Payments are handled by Apple/Google
-Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
7. Cancellation
-You can cancel subscriptions through:
-Apple App Store settings
-Google Play account settings
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
-Matches
-Relationships
-User behavior
-Use the app at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
-User interactions
-Offline meetings
-Damages resulting from app use
11. Changes to Terms
-We may update these terms at any time.
